You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchases for a voucher or refund if they are not suitable.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:
- Adhere to the period mentioned above.
- Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to DK UNITY – Straupes 5-k1, Riga, Latvia, LV-1073, stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Return the products to the address mentioned above within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, sealed, without any marks or signs of use, and include all accessories.
- Include a copy of your invoice along with THIS DOCUMENT when returning the products.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If the above conditions are not met, DK UNITY reserves the right to refuse the voucher or refund and may deduct or claim any costs incurred due to non-compliance with the procedure.
We will issue a refund or voucher only after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to order a different model or color, please place a new order on our online store.
